My passion is people and I enjoy seeing everyone thrive. New Plymouth Physiotherapy has allowed me to develop fantastic clinical reasoning skills treat wholistically and focus on manual therapy.
Outside of work I love having adventures with our family, spending time at the beach and keeping active.

Qualifying as a Physio in 2014 at home in the UK, I spent 3 years working as a rotational Physiotherapist for the NHS alongside a role with a professional football academy.
My wife and I moved to New Zealand in 2017, initially basing ourselves around the coast where we stayed with friends. Work took us down to Wellington for a few years then in 2021 we decided to move back to New Plymouth because of the initial connection we made with Taranaki when we first arrived.
I have a special interest in the management of shoulder and lower limb injuries and have completed additional training in the management of complex shoulder conditions, manual therapy and dry needling.
Outside work I’ll usually be found getting stuck into projects at home and in the garden or walking/training our young golden retriever. I’m also a casual runner and play football socially for FC Western, where I also support the senior teams and under 17’s with Physiotherapy services.

After completing my physiotherapy degree in 2020, I worked in Auckland across several locations.
I spent 2 and half years working at the New Zealand Warriors within the development programmes and junior squads. I have also been lucky enough to be involved with multiple junior Kiwis campaigns over the years.I have a particular interest in sporting injuries given my background. I have completed a range of sports based rehabilitation courses and strength and conditioning programmes. My approach to treatment is fairly simple, I strive to gain the best outcomes for my patients by tailoring
rehabilitation plans toward your goals and aspirations.More recently I have spent some time working abroad in British Columbia, Canada exploring my passion for mountain biking and the great outdoors. Outside of work you will find me spending time with friends and family, surfing, skating or out riding my bike.
